Do you make all the orders?

Yes, we design and press all the orders in our home.

How do I wash?

Please wash in cold water only. We recommend line drying your Tee or hoodie. If you choose to iron, please do it inside out and do not iron directly over the print. Do not tumble dry. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items who have not followed the care instructions.

Can I order a different colour or custom print?

Yes, we can cater for a range of colours and are happy to create a custom print for you. All custom orders have a minimum processing time of 2-3 weeks, not including shipping. If you also request a custom design to be made, extra time may be needed.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, please email us at transformedbytruth.shop@gmail.com to discuss bulk orders for your shop or church group.

How much is shipping?

Shipping has a flat rate of $10 for standard and $15 express.

If you are a local, then use "LOCALPICKUP" to remove the shipping and we can arrange pick up.

How long does shipping take?

We endeavour to press, pack and send your order within 24-48 hours of your order being place. However, as we are a small family run business it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your order to be sent. Shipping is usually between 4-10 days for standard shipping. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds will not be offered for change of mind or incorrect ordering of sizes. Please refer to our sizing information to ensure you order what suits you best.

If you would like an exchange due to change of mind, shipping the item back to us and another one out to you will be at your own cost.

We do our best to ensure the quality and press of ever design is of a high standard. However, as we hand press all our designs, each design may differ slightly from the next in placement.
